My son has Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and is allergic to wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, barley, and legumes, among other foods. While the prevalence of gluten-free foods today makes it easier to manage meals, and he is fortunate enough to be able to eat meat, fish, corn, and soy, baking has remained a challenge.

The purpose of this site is to share recipes that have worked well for us and might be helpful to others that have some of the same allergies.
